We're currently hiring across two teams.
Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Program is how UPrep grows, one school at a time. Ambassadors bring UPrep directly to their own school community: real outreach, real relationships, and a direct hand in helping other students. It's one of the most hands on leadership opportunities we offer.
Ambassador
Start where it counts: your own school.
- Introduce UPrep to your school community
- Share content using our templates and grow your own referral network
- Earn 20% commission on every client you refer
Senior Ambassador
A merit based promotion. Lead your school's entire ambassador team.
- Oversee every Ambassador at your high school
- Guide outreach strategy for your school
- Keep earning 20% commission on your own referrals
Chief Ambassador
The top rank in the program.
- Lead ambassador strategy across a family of schools
- Support and direct every Senior Ambassador in your region
- Keep earning 20% commission on your own referrals
This is a commission based role. There's no hourly wage or salary, but every Ambassador earns 20% commission on the clients they refer. On top of that, every Ambassador gets full staff benefits (see above), a personal referral code, ready made content templates, and real training to help you succeed.
Who we're looking for: current high school students in Ontario, Grades 10 to 12, comfortable talking with people, active on social media, and genuinely excited to help other students.

Marketing & Design Intern
4 openingsTurn ideas into content people actually stop and watch.
- Create and edit short form video and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Publish at least two new pieces of content every week
- Help shape how students discover UPrep online
Who we're looking for: comfort with tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe, a good eye for what performs well on social, and current enrollment in high school or post secondary study.
