The Ambassador Program is how UPrep grows, one school at a time. Real outreach, real relationships, and a direct hand in helping other students. It's the most hands-on leadership role we offer.

How you're paid
This is a commission based role. There's no hourly wage or salary, but every Ambassador earns commission on the clients they refer, starting at 20% and rising to 25% as a Senior Ambassador and 30% as a Chief Ambassador. On top of that, every Ambassador gets full staff benefits (see above), a personal referral code, ready made content templates, and real training to help you succeed.
Who we're looking for
Current high school students in Ontario, Grades 10 to 12, comfortable talking with people, active on social media, and genuinely excited to help other students.
Two remote internships shaping how students across Ontario discover UPrep.
Turn ideas into content people actually stop and watch.
Who we're looking for: comfort with tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe, a good eye for what performs well on social, and current enrollment in high school or post secondary study.
Figure out what's working, and what's next.
Who we're looking for: an analytical mindset, comfort with numbers and clear writing, and genuine interest in marketing or business strategy.
Both roles are unpaid and built around the full staff benefits above. Strong performers may also be considered for a performance based stipend.
